Cancellation Policy

At LuxeryRide, we strive to provide a seamless and luxurious experience from the moment you book until your journey ends. Please review our booking policy to ensure a smooth process: Reservations: All bookings must be made in advance, either through our website, by phone, or via email. We recommend booking as early as possible, especially for special events, to secure your preferred vehicle and time. A minimum booking time may apply depending on the service requested (e.g., 3-hour minimum for limousines). For tours, a minimum of 6 passengers is required. If your group does not meet the minimum, please contact us for alternative options. Payment: A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due prior to the start of the service. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as listed on our website. All rates are subject to applicable taxes and service charges. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service to avoid penalties. Cancellations made after the deadline will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking cost. No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in a charge for the full amount of the booking. Changes to Reservations: Changes to your reservation (such as time, date, or vehicle type) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes. Special Requests: We are happy to accommodate special requests (e.g., decorations, specific amenities, or additional stops) when possible. Please discuss your needs with us at the time of booking. Liability: LuxeryRide is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather conditions, or other events beyond our control. We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equal or greater value if the originally booked vehicle becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances. Client Responsibilities: Clients are responsible for the conduct of all passengers during the ride. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the client or passengers will result in additional charges. Smoking, illegal activities, and the consumption of alcohol by minors are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.
